PH Sensor – PH Composite Electrode E201-C Acid Base Detection

This pH sensor module consists of a glass pH probe and a signal conditioning board, which gives an output signal proportional to the acidic intensity of liquid solutions and can be interfaced directly to any 5 V micro-controller.

This sensor returns a voltage proportional to the tendency of the solution to gain or lose electrons from other substances, which is linked directly to the pH a substance. And it’s normally used in applications such as aquariums, hydroponics, laboratories, etc,  where it is normally used for measuring acidity on a scale from 0 to 14, with 0 being the most acidic and 14 being the most basic (see the image below).
